Dr. Chad Parker and his wife, Angela, serve as the founding pastors of Restoration Chapel. Together, they bring a passion for ministry, a heart for people, and decades of leadership experience rooted in faith and service.
Dr. Chad Parker (affectionately called “PC”) is a licensed and ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International, holding degrees in social work from Stephen F. Austin State University, the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and a Doctor of Social Work from the University of Alabama. Alongside his extensive ministry background, he is a respected leader in child welfare and family services, serving as President and CEO of Tupelo Children’s Mansion, where he helps build brighter futures for vulnerable children and families. PC is known for his compassionate heart, commitment to excellence, and ability to equip others to live out their God-given purpose.
Angela is PC’s partner in ministry and brings a deeply nurturing, prayerful spirit to Restoration Chapel. Angela’s gift for encouragement and her heart for hospitality help make everyone feel welcome, valued, and seen. With a strong background in administration, leadership, and volunteer engagement, she is a steady force behind the scenes and a caring presence to every person who walks through the church doors.
Married for over 25 years, PC and Angela are the proud parents of five children and grandparents to four grandchildren. Their journey together has been defined by a shared mission: to serve God, strengthen families, and lead people into a life-transforming relationship with Jesus Christ.
At Restoration Chapel, their vision is clear: to create a church where hope is restored, faith is renewed, and people are empowered to impact their world.
